Information we may collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website at http://www.coachingnation.com. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Website, posting material or requesting further services, eg name and job title, contact information including address, email address, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests and other information required for payment, full registration or relevant to customer surveys and/or offers. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Coaching Nation, and when you report a problem with the Website.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research and evaluation purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through the Website and of the fulfilment of your orders.
  • Details of your online activity if you sign into the members’ area of the Website for monitoring and security purposes.

Coaching Nation reserves the right to audit user activity on all pages of the Website for various purposes including but not limited to marketing, 3rd party advertisements and their placement, in order to improve usability, user density tracking etc. However no user specific information will be collected or stored and all such information collected will be anonymous in nature.

IP addresses

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Cookies

The Website does not currently use cookies except for WordPress analysis but if this situation changes this Privacy Policy will be amended to reflect such change.

Where we store your personal data

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers.
