Sharon Kennet is the founder of Coaching Nation. She oversees all our business development, and all the coaching and panel advice, as well as delivering a substantial amount of coaching. Sharon began her work in the creative industries. Over the last 20 years she has created, coached and managed many new programmes with a diverse range of individuals, businesses, institutions and organisations, such as, Coutts Bank, The Royal Opera House, and the UK and EU Prison and Probation service. She is the ultimate problem solver and has been described as one of the country’s most resilient and innovative thinkers.

Rich Chandrasekera

Rich is our head of IT, support and strategy. He is an Information Architect, Inventor and entrepreneur. Rich has spearheaded number of major software projects worldwide, specifically in the UK, Canada and in Asia Pacific for a host of private clients. He is the owner of a number of international software companies. As well as having rather impressive academic credentials and a superb understanding of technology, global and intercultural issues he happens to be one of the calmest and kindest human beings we have ever met.

Marianne Calnan

Marianne Calnan is an English graduate with highly effective copyrighting skills. She has written for The Guestlist Network, The Rock, Nuts, Yuppee.com, The Urban Times, to name a few. She brings a common sense, and a much-admired awareness of customer needs to all her work and interactions.

Khadija

Khadija Saye

Khadija Saye studied photography and has an acute sense of style and some of the best natural social skills we’ve ever encountered. She’s worked with C.F Desiderata, Rokeby Primary School, Curie Close, Sport Cam and Underground Gallery.

Raminder

Raminder Samra

Raminder Samra is a scientist, an avid user of the internet, and highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, fireworks and Adobe after effects. She has worked for IM Corporation and London Ethnic. She is the youngest member of our company and has a new and brilliant idea at least once an hour!
